Booking terms and conditions

– Booking terms are in accordance with current legislation.
-In addition to these booking conditions, the service provider may also enter into an individual, written agreement with the guest or accommodation correspondent.
– Reservations will only proceed to advanced booking status upon written confirmation from guest.
– Bookings will only be finalised once the deposit has been payed. In case of a booking within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is due within 2 days of the reservation. In case of a booking more than 30 days in advance, the deposit is due within 3 days of the reservation. The provider will not reserve rooms if the deposit does not arrive within these guidelines.
– If more than one deposit is sent for the same program, the booking will be finalised based on the chronological order of the deposit. If more than one deposit arrives at the same time, the booking will be confirmed based on the provider’s decision. In this case, another program will be offered, or the deposit will be refunded within two business days.
– Finalised bookings may be changed to another date. All fees can be found on the price list.
– A guests has the option of sending someone else on his/her behalf. This must be communicated to the provider in writing.
– If the guest leaves the room permanently before the expiry of his/her stay (for reasons of his/her interest), the provider is entitled to the full payment previously issued and accepted. The provider is allowed to accommodate somebody else in that room before the previous booking’s expiry.
– The provider does not accept bachelor or bachelorette parties.
– The provider is free to change its prices at any time without prior notice. This does not apply to prices already offered in quotations.
– In the event of a change in law, the provider reserves the right to transfer any extra fees to the guest without previous notice.
– In case of technical errors, the provider reserves the right to change a quotation sent within 24 hours.
– The provider may ask for a program deposit upon a guest’s arrival (credit card guarantee, or other means).
– Check in: from 14:00, check out: before 10am. Early arrivals and late departures are also possible at an additional cost with the agreement of the provider.
– The guest is obliged to follow the fire safety rules. In case of smoking and use of fire, the guest will be charged for the fees of the fire department.
– In case of inappropriate behaviour, mental or physical abuse, poor hygienic or other condition, the service provider is entitled to interrupt the program, and upon the provider’s notice, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation. In this case, the guest will be charged for the program.
– The guest is responsible for any damage they may have caused. In case of a minor, the parent is responsible.
– Pets are allowed under the following conditions:
– the must be house trained or be in a cage
– an extra fee will be charged (this is in the price chart)
– the owner is responsible for any damage the pet may have caused
Cancellations :
- within 30 days of arrival
- In case of cancellations within 7-30 days before arrival, the full deposit will be lost
- In case of cancellations within 7 days of arrival, the guest must pay for the entire booking or program.

- In case of cancellations more than 90 days of arrival, the deposit will be refunded within 2 business days with a 10,000Ft fee deducted from the deposit
- In case of cancellations 60-90 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded within 2 business days
- In case of cancellations 30-60 days before arrival, 33% of the deposit will be refunded within 2 business days
Booking alteration: under 50 000 Ft price: 5 000 Ft, above 50 000 Ft price: 10 000 Ft

Dear Guests,
We would like to inform you that we are continuously monitoring and managing the current situation of COVID-19. Please be advised that cancelling bookings based on force majeure is only applicable if there is a state of emergency at the time of the cancellation and the booking is for within a 30 day period.
Cancellations outside of the 30 days, or in case of the end of the state of emergency, will be handled according to the general booking conditions.
